“Very clean,easy parking, and friendly staff”

“Staff very welcoming and helpful. Our room was comfortable though a little tired looking and could do with a renovation.”

“Easy access to our cabin with good parking. Good communal shed to enjoy the company of others staying here. Very close to the thermal pool across the road from the Big 4 caravan park. Great going in the evening to sit under the stars with the cool night air and very hot 40 degree pool.”

“could do with some work , and a good clean, found hair stuck around the shower tap and on the floor, the edge tiles around the shower/ bathroom need to be cleaned . the bed was comfortable and clean. and the painting needs to be completed, but as there was work being done at the time it was in reasonable good condition.”

“The room we stayed in had a massive mould patch in ceiling above kitchen with water dripping inside and on floor. A horrible brown leak was coming out of oven on arrival and we used up all our towels to clean up the mess. We had three little kids and the staff were not helpful at all. We didnt even get offered new towels.”

“Room cleaning was average. The 2 coffee mugs were used and only rinsed, not washed.”
