The view from the hotel room on 35th floor was really nice. The Hotel's location is quite centrally located which makes it convenient to go around and take taxis.

Great Stay, Amazing views. It is probably the best for young professionals. There is so much to do within the hotel (clubs, restaurants, spa, pool). The staff was amazing. The pool is a bit small for such a huge hotel but I went usually at opening time & the space was pretty empty.

stayed there with my wife for 10 days rooms are neat and clean, room service is not good, we have call room service many times if we need something,options in breakfast buffet are not much but the staff are really helpful. Hotel's lobby needs a full makeover and hotel's pool is really small.

loud thumping bass on level 46

Not good. Arrived and my room wasn't ready - so upgraded to a suite on level 46. They neglected to tell me this is 3 floors below a nightclub and the sound insulation is non-existent, so you can expect loud thumping bass until 3am. They don't even provide any earplugs, despite knowing this is an issue. The rooms (especially the shower room) gets very cold and there appears to be no heating. Not sure if other hotels are similar, but definitely don't recommend staying here if you want a good night's sleep!

There is an issue with the vallet on the weekend. One of the vallet staff ask me to go and call the assistant from the lobby to take my things from the car till he becomes free to take my car to the parking. The duty manager solved this matter in a good way. I observed that the reception usually has two open counters only which is not enough to serve the people who keep waiting for long time. The location is perfect. The breakfast and the room is great. The room service is quick and good. The hotel is recommended in order to be close to the most popular places in Dubai.

The premium rooms with the incredible view from the bathtub are subject to availability. I was given an absolutely terrible room that had one tiny window in the bedroom, no view of any kind, and the bathtub was just a standard bathtub in a walled bathroom with no windows. I tried arguing this as it's pretty clearly a scam, but to no avail. On my second night I was given the actual room that I paid for, and it's exactly like in the pictures when the previous guest checked out. The hotel is quite outdated in many ways. The electricity solutions like the curtain opener didn't work, the curtains had partially fallen off, the soundproofing was insufferably bad, the toilet didn't flush properly, the sewer didn't drain the water from the bathtub... this is a glorified 3 star hotel with nice views (if you get the correct room). The staff were mostly nice, and they let me use the spa to have a shower before might late evening flight even though I'd checked out 8 hours earlier. The staff at the spa were super nice as well. The location is good, next to the metro stop and some good restaurants. Overall a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend the place unless you get a great deal.

Very convenient hotel for the World Trade Centre, which is a quick walk away. The staff are very helpful and courteous and friendly. My room was very pleasant and had a great view. Very pleased with the bathroom. Food including room service is also very good. Room was very quiet. Overall, very pleased.

Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel, modern und absolut ruhig – ideal für Erholung oder geschäftliche Aufenthalte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen freundliche Empfang: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein echtes Highlight war die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Skyline von Dubai – sowohl aus dem Zimmer als auch von den oberen Etagen des Hotels. Dieser Ausblick verleiht dem Aufenthalt eine ganz besondere Note. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt durchweg positiv – von der Sauberkeit bis hin zum Service war wirklich alles top. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Im Badezimmer fehlte ein klassisches Beauty-Set (z. B. Wattepads, Nagelfeile etc.), was man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie durchaus erwarten könnte. Auch die Rooftop-Bar passt stilistisch nicht ganz zum sonst eleganten Design des Hauses – hier wäre etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail wünschenswert. Nichtsdestotrotz: Ein tolles Hotel, das wir definitiv weiterempfehlen!
