Hotel worth to stay at

Not first time at The H, Excellent location, Amazing lobby, helpful staff price are good compared to the hotel level class. Rooms are big and clean. Bed mattress needs to be replaced because it’s not comfortable and not acceptable compared to hotel level. On my second day the room was already cleaned. And i was taking afternoon nap and one of the housekeeping comes inside the room asking if want my room to be cleaned!!

The hotel is a little bit too old and some of the amenities are out of order. During my stay, there were once 5 little flies in the sink coz the lights were not turned off. I am not too afraid of insects yet it’s still disturbing. And it took me a long time to check out coz they have to arrange someone to check if u used anything from the minibar although I paid deposit. Not to mention that I dun understand why the city tax was not charged once we checked in instead deposit of the tax (?) charged on check in and I have to pay the tax when left.
