Staff was absolutely fabulous. Loved the coffee and snack bar in lobby. Stayed here last year and just love the new refurbished rooms. Would suggest a grab rail in the shower for safety as it’s slippery when wet and the safe needs to be attached to the wall. Otherwise 10/10 thank you

Amazing location. Great value for money

It's my 4th stay in this hotel. The rooms are being renovated and improved from 1 stay to another. This time, I also got upgraded with no extra charge for an amazing suit. The only problems were that the water in the shower wasn't hot enough. Also, the water stream in the taps were very weak. Other than that, the service, the air conditioner, the bed, the space, the cleaning and anything else was amazing. Thanks for a great stay

This did not feel like a swissotel at all. Poor management is clear as soon as you walk in. The building appears to not have been renovated in at least 30 years, old carpet, stains on walls, cracks in the tile in the bathrooms. Every time i've stayed in a swissotel previously, as soon as you get to the lobby all staff greet you and are ready to assist. This swissotel you'd be lucky if anyone in the lobby made eye contact with you. The cleaners had the best customer service; every time i saw them they were very pleasant and would greet us with a smile. This swissotel management needs to be flown out to Qatar to see how a swissotel should be run. Buyer beware: the pictures you see on this listing must have been from when they first opened this place decades ago, it looks NOTHING like the pictures you see here. I would've loved to respectfully give some constructive feedback at checkout but (surprise surprise) not a single person asked us how our stay was.
