Swissôtel Al Ghurair, Dubai

Our stay at Swissôtel Al Ghurair was excellent. The customer service was good, staff were friendly, professional, and quick to assist. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved immediately, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from. The location is another big plus, it's directly connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping and dining. Valet parking was also available, which made things easier. Overall, a great experience. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Good location, check in takes too long!

Excellent central location for commutes. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Shame have to wait long for checking in on arrival. Also, have to change lifts and walk in between for going up or downstairs from the hotel rooms.

It is close to Union station. It takes some time to get to the center of the city or south part of Dubai, but close to the DXB airport and convenient location. The staffs are friendly and enjoyed a stay

Arrived early and hotel was able to accommodate, which was of utmost importance to me as I was traveling with my parents after a 13 hr flight from the US. Stayed at other hotels in Dubai and they can not come close to this kind of service. Mahmud and Julius had superb customer facing skills. They were kind, patient and hospitable. Their excellence and ability to make us feel welcomed makes me want to stay here every trip in Dubai! Swissotel is also greatly located in Deira. Thank you
