The hotel is based in a residential area and it’s quite a walk (15 mins) to Burjuman mall. All the main restaurants are around the mall area. The hotel itself is very clean and staff and very helpful.

Great location great service

The service was top notch. Always very helpful and out 6 month old baby was always entertained by the staff. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach and shopping mall each day which was great. Nice big rooms with all you need to cook by yourselves, while the food was also good. Nice pool with jacuzzi and sauna. All in all a great experience.

The hotel was sound, I was self catering and had a great stay. If you’re on a budget as I was, it would suit your needs perfectly. Staff are helpful and the term “never crowded on the extra mile” suits this staff to the point. Thank you

It's fine

It was ok. You get what you pay for. The room was comfortable but was in need of a refresh, some mold in the bathroom etc. all of the towels smelled bad. Every day new towels and even the pool towels and they all had an odd smell. I spoke to front desk but nothing was done I guess it's just the way the storage cupboard smells. They use rubbing alcohol to clean and sanitize the rooms and that leaves a strong residual smell as well. If you are at all sensitive to smells this is not the place for you. The gym was decent and clean. Staff were all very nice and friendly

裏側高層階の部屋でしたが、隣のビルの屋上室外機がうるさく、落ち着きませんでした。 その他はとてもよかったです。 部屋の位置が指定できればまた利用したいと思います。 ホテル前にある24Hの軽食屋が最高でした。
