I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, the customer service was top notch from the moment you arrive, bell man, check in, security etc. Room was clean and nothing was lacking, everything went well, the only down side is the elevator takes up a lot of your time and my balcony was extremely dusty besides that I would go back. I am not able to give this hotel a full 5 stars because of a couple of reasons 1. I slipped on the bathroom floor because the housekeeping person did not wipe it dry during his makeover. 2. the hotel does not really have a lobby. and whatever small space it has - has no seating. 3. there are three different elevators you need to take in order to move around the hotel. Otherwise the rooms are fabulous - very airy, well lit, high ceilings - comfortable bed, etc. etc. The staff is courteous...and everything else is great. Thanks.

Extremely happy with my stay. Room was amazing, location is excellent. Food is yummy. The only thing I want to suggest is that.. When someone reaching your hotel for check-in, firstly please offer them some seat to take rest ( maybe they were tired with travel) & give some refreshment like juice or something.. Otherwise, I had a great stay.
