Disappointing service. There is a construction side right by the hotel. So when you book the room with the “view” you herring view on the construction, with the construction robes with the materials flying in from of your balcony. Room service just bad, need to pay for ice and even for set of silverware.

Instagrammable hotel with a panoramic view

great location with a great panoramic view of the new modern Dubai. However my son couldn't sleep at night as the air conditioned in our room is not cooling up to 18 0r 21 degree, it stayed till 25 degree, he is crying 3times at night and we have to wake up and change his clothes as he is covered in sweat. also the bed is not really that comfy. however it was a great experience we really love the view from our room. oh one last thing all the staff is very accomodating, from reception to the staff of Filia at the breakfast area.

침실이나 베란다에서 보는 버즈칼리프 뷰는 완벽했습니다. 호텔 지하에는 마트가 있어서 이용이 편리했습니다. 단, 이동하려면 택시를 타야하는 접근성이 조금 아쉬웠습니다.
