Exceptional stay from check-in to checkout. Azaat (not too sure on the spelling :) )from Kazakhstan at reception was amazing — she noticed from my sons ID at check-in that it was his birthday. By the time we reached our room, there was a little surprise waiting for our birthday boy: a cake and balloons. Truly going above and beyond, and that kind of attention to detail is what makes a stay genuinely memorable. Thank you, Smith, for the cake and balloons! The bellmen, Peter and Daniel, were also exceptional. The rooms are beautifully furnished and wonderfully comfy. Breakfast was something to really look forward to — everything was delicious, and the avocado toast with endless guacamole was the icing on top. A truly exceptional property, made even better by its delightful staff. We'll definitely be back.

We’ve had a wonderful time at the Raffles. The Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming - we did not have to lift a finger. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a stunning suite with views of the Palm/garden/beach. I recommend anyone the Raffles Club - we enjoyed our breakfasts and afternoon tea on the L6 terrace. We will be back soon!

Indoor pool is closed since March 2026. A-la Carter restaurants are closed. Ruffles club at the 6th floor is very poor. We requested a photo shoot with our own photographer in advance. They refused to allow it. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. You can hear every scream of the neighbors' children. The sauna in SPA costs AED 450. If you book a massage for AED 600 per hour, the spa is free. Drinks at dinner are still extra if you book half board. The gym is average but spacious.
