Check in was quick and our suitcases were held for us until our room was available. The room was amazing, clean and very spacious! Breakfast selection and quality was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. And we recommend booking sightseeing tours with Kashan at Best Way Trips located in the lobby. We were able to see and visit so many amazing places in our 2 day stay before our cruises.

Our stay was wonderful. We reserved the two bedroom suite on the 26th floor and it came with an incredible view of Dubai. The suite was very clean. Karan, was always sure to make us completely satisfied and even cleaned after regular hours. Hinin and Gomez at the reception were also extremely courteous and professional which made our stay even better. The breakfast was also very nice, clean and with variety. The hotel overall from our point of view ranks well above 4 stars.
