I love the location of this hotel. The restaurants located in the hotel were great especially 777. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. I will definitely stay here again.

This review is not a reflection of the staff, but there is a huge construction right in front of the hotel 24 hour 7!!! read that again. They do not stop and it’s noisy. This should’ve been posted & guest notified by Expedia and the hotel themselves otherwise I would’ve stayed at the other Radisson blue Huge inconvenience.

All was great except for the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. I went 10 mins before bus time kept waiting for 30 mins and everytime I ask when is it coming they tell me 10 mins. Then they informed me the bus was already full so it didn't stop at the hotel and another bus is coming. Had to wait 25 mins more then the guy from the concierge told me no bus is coming and had to take a taxi.
