The absolute best stay, the staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. Excellent car parking service, staff, room was clean. With all the noise outside I have to say our stay was phenomenal because the room was super quiet and the building is clearly built well with clients in mind. One of the best hotels, will be staying here again.

As usual hotel and staff are amazing Only my concern is that housekeeping need to improve and I mentioned that to the supervisor 2 days shampoo bottle was empty and not refill and not add toilet paper

Lovely stay

It was amazing and the staff was very helpful, the only disappointing thing not just unique to them alone is information if only provided upon enquiry it’s unlike back in the day when you check in a hotel you receive an orientation if your room the hotel and any other services. Apart from that all was great and to top it up was the Friday night dinner .. superb

Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. However the hotel is on a busy road which is difficult to commute to and from the metro station.. We were disappointed that we had to get a taxi to Sahara Centre to get a bus in order to get to the metro station... No bus run directly from the hotel so prepared to pay for taxi back and forth. The towel was soiled and dirty for a 5 star hotel we expected a lot more. We will never stay at this hotel again
