The person who checked us in wasn’t very helpful and not friendly at all, I try to have a conversations he was interested at all. Rest of the hotel staff including the restaurant manager from breakfast were Amazing and helpful throughout. The room could’ve been more clean however it’s was vey spacious with great beds and bedding nice large bathroom had all the complementary toiletries.

Not bad, but was expecting more compared to other Pullman hotels, like Bangkok or Hong Kong. I liked how big the room was, the valet parking service is great the location. However, we found sound nails on the carpet and had to request for a body wash refill several time and never got it. Breakfast just ok, fresh but not so varied.
