Awful service from the hotel receptionist

The reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking

Second time stay in this hotel, good value of money. Premium location, it is the first building you reach after you come out of the metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops around, easy living and shopping. Facility is a little bid old, but well maintained, room is clean and staff is friendly.

建物も古く室内の設備もメンテナンスが行き届いていない。料金はドバイのホテルの中でも安いほうだが、それでも割り高。レセプション・スタッフも朝食の案内や支払いなど行き届かない点も多かった。深夜2時過ぎまでカラオケ（？）などの爆音で悩まされた。
