This is an old aparthotel building in Deira, the centre of "old Dubai". The rooms need new furnishings and renovation and the building is riddled with cockroaches. Many the clients appeared to be "party girls" and their male friends. The staff are friendly are helpful and do their best with what they have to work with. Donยดt expect much here and you wonยดt be disappointed.

However, despite the 'No Smoking' signs everywhere, people are always smoking everywhere and anywhere at any time which makes the place very smoky and smelly. The property is also poorly maintained, cannot provide 2 electronic keys for the rooms and response to issues is very poor

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. Itโ€™s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If youโ€™re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

It was a very good choice to stay there. Buffet breakfast was so good. served freshly made omlet and 'parota'. A yong man in the restaurant was very caring person to take care of his guests. The bell boy provided services when needed.

Not convenient to MRT station, that takes 20 mins walk. The hotel seems quite old. Cannot adjust the air con temperature. The hair dryer is dirty. And cannot use the phone to contact receiption, take quite long time to wait the lift. I don't think I will come again.
