This is a 2 star hotel hiding in a 5 star address. The check in staff is unfriendly and rude. The rooms are small and poorly furnished, the carpet smells of mold.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Regis hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was immaculate, with attention to cleanliness evident in every corner. Upon arrivall, Praveen and Raju went above and beyond to help me as I checked in. I was able to check in early for a small fee, which was extremely convenient given the fact that I just had a 14 hour flight and was extremely tired. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They not only carried all of my items to my room but also provided me with a bottle of water, a thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated after a long journey. During my stay, I dined at the hotel restaurant, where the staff was calm, patient, and reassuring when I momentarily couldn’t find my debit card. Their professionalism and kindness put me at ease, and I was able to enjoy a delicious smoothie as I sorted everything out. The kindness and care shown by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!
