We loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful scent the moment you walk in, to the impeccable service. The staff are extremely professional, from the valet to the reception, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) at their terrace too, despite the heat. Great hotel/staff and location, strange when you book for 3 persons, you get a roll away bed and also the big fountain isn’t working, that was one of the reasons to book this specific hotel, but never mentioned by the booking, you only see nice pictures of it.

Best hotel ever. Everything was perfect!! Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The location is fantastic. 2 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel
