Novotel Knows how to Serve

Great stay at Novotel Deira Dubai during a short business trip. The ambiance and the service was top-notch and the room was quiet spacious and clean. Didn't get chance to use other facilities, but had a walk through the pool and it was great.

The stay is extremely pleasant and comfortable, especially the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable able to provide the best service possible. It’s my stopover trip and I had no clue how to handle but everything went well. The location of the hotel is very convenient to metro and easy to navigate to the main sightseeing.

I had a delightful weekend stay at the Novotel Deira. The staff were all vry kind, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a great value and a great way to start the day. I enjoyed early morning walks in the park adjacent to the hotel and evening stops in Vertigo, the lobby bar. Thank you to Jun, Maureen and all of the wonderful staff.

I had a lovely stay there. Good location and nice room size. The rooms are a bit dated and could do with more sockets near the bed. The front desk staff were cordial and could have been friendlier. Cleaning teams were very lovely however. Overall a good stay.
