Great week at Novotel! Staff new my name and treated me well. I walked the whole neighborhood late at night tons of food options around very safe. Grocery store nearby. Metro across the street . Quick taxis. Location perfect for exploring Dubai. Elephant bar had live music smiley staff willing to serve my particular requests .

They staff , Eva at the service counter , Steve the security and all the other staff were amazing. , very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The pool always well maintained. I would recommend then for any one to stay. I world give a highe rating than 5 stars but that’s all that’s allowed.

The staff were really nice and the rooms were clean but plain. The hotel sits between the Mall of the Emirates and the Marina but in a non-tourist neighbourhood. It was very close to the Metro, which was fantastic for getting around town easily, quickly and cheaply. We did half-board which was a good option for saving some money and it meant we could have breakfast and either lunch or dinner at the hotel based off our plans for the day.

We loved the spacious suite with a furnished kitchen, a large living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms!! The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room service was slow and can improve. We loved the nearby restaurant and supermarket options, which was extremely helpful.

First time in Dubai and I was amazed! Nice hotel, very good location ( walking: metro 5 min away, mall 15 min away, grocery store 2 min!) The staff was super friendly, smiled and engaged with me everyday and night! The buffet options were varied and tasty. Overall experience was great! We had a wonderful time at the Novotel! 10 of our family members were there for a wedding and simply loved our room with a view of the city. Spectacular! The workout room, pool, and spa were excellent! The breakfast buffet was the best! Can't say enough about the hotel. We will be returning for sure and recommending to our friends in the U.S.
