Good shopping Nesto super market with a department store and parking. The hotel was a calming place during a stressful time with excellent staff in reception Yeon and Jan. We had half board and we were catered for very well for breakfast the staff for the evening meal went above and beyond. We stayed in room 419 the cleaners always made sure our room was spotless and checked if we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble even when checking out to go to the airport they promised us they to keep our if it was needed due many fight cancelations.

Another Great Stay at MERCURE GOLD, Dubai

From the point of arrival all staff were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed a lovely upgrade in room type, which is always a lovely surprise and treat. I ate at the hotel and found the food to be of good quality and well priced. A particular mention to Preeti on reception, who’s smile lights up reception.

Loved everything about the location of this property. TONS of dining options nearby. Staff was AMAZING, especially the gentlemen taking care of our luggage. The property was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, my room was on the second floor, and we could hear loud music from the nightclubs on the ground floor of the hotel until 3 a.m. This made it difficult to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
