The pool was closed for 3.5 of the 6.5 days we were there. This made our holiday much less enjoyable! Is there a system whereby we are refunded any money because of this? On the whole the staff were very good but getting breakfast from the app proved difficult and although the beds were clean the room really needed an update, the bathroom being particularly grubby.
