Great hotel. But they congregate families in rooms next to each other and had a few sleepless nights due to interlocking rooms - the noise through the doors was terrible.

This hotel is beyond excellent! We couldn't fault anything about our stay. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms extremely comfortable. Thoroughly recommend this hotel on every level.

The hotel is so beautiful. People very nice. Beyond clean rooms. Convenient restaurants to eat not just at the hotel but at other restaurants from the same hotel chain. In general great service. I would definitely recommend it.

Another superb stay at the Zabeel Saray, our 7th visit and it always exceeds our expectations. Michael in the club lounge bar is a star and always provides excellent service as does Sunil and the team on valet parking. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and special. We shall see you again next year

Nice but dark

Great service, with lovely beach and pool area. The lobby and public area is nice but really lacks natural light. Same goes for the rooms.
