Great experience overall. Rooms are very neat and spacious. Pool is a bit unclean and not that big. No jaccuzi as claimed. Service is perfect, breakfast is nice, overall very nice experience.

The property is a kind of old with bad smells. The breakfast was not good very limited variety. The price is very expensive comparing to property, services and the breakfast. Even the location is good for first day to go to downtown. I just stayed there three nights but very regretful to booked and paid in advance.

We stayed at Jumeirah Rotana for a week while exploring Dubai. The hotel is located near to many shops, food shops and few attractions points as well. Our room was spacious, clean and had good ventilation. Hotel staff was very friendly, professional and polite. Shoutout to Sandani who helped us with our check in. We had the room with view of Burj Khalifa, thanks Sandani. Breakfast was really nice with many different options. Thanks to the Restaurant Manager who fulfilled our request for providing alternative options for breakfast. We would have appreciated if there was an early check in option since our flight landed 6:00am and we had to check in into an expensive room because we wanted to relax after 17 hours flight. Other than this we had a comfortable stay. Thank you everyone. I would recommend Jumeirah Rotana to friends and family.

The hotel has excellent in house housekeeping. Rooms are comfortable and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly including housekeeping, Mohsin, Suleman, Dawood, Bilal at check in counter are excellent and exceptional, very helpful, and polite. Security staff are very friendly and polite. The hotel has excellent restaurants and breakfast facilities. Pool and gym are great, with added family for women to have Spa, sauna . Shops and restaurants are open long hours, transport is available to the beach and mall by the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel hoping for a relaxing and professional experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Here’s what happened during my stay: • False fire alarm at 2AM — I had to run downstairs in a robe, only to find out it was due to someone smoking in their room. It was frightening, disruptive, and not handled well. • Strangers opened my room door — Two men tried to enter my room while I was inside. Thankfully, I had the security latch on. The front desk told me the men didn’t speak English and thought it was their room. That excuse was unacceptable — proper ID and guest name checks should be standard. • Constant phone calls from staff — I was repeatedly called at random hours for unnecessary reasons. It disturbed my rest, especially since I often sleep in the mornings after working late. • Key cards kept deactivating — Every time I returned to my room, the key wouldn’t work. I later realized it wasn’t even near my phone, so the cause was clearly on their side. • Thin walls & noise — The room was not soundproof. I could hear loud voices and what sounded like parties from other rooms. Not ideal for rest. • Terrible food — I ordered room service . It wasn’t fresh food, and later, a staff member admitted the food wasn’t made in-house — it’s bought and reheated. Completely unacceptable for a 4-star listing. • Overall poor service — The staff didn’t feel attentive or professional.

Fantastisk oplevelse på Jumeria Rotana

Vi blev overrasket af den fantastiske service og de medarbejdere der er. Forvirring var slet ikke noget der hed. Der var altid hjælp, til hvad end man havde brug for, kunne man bare spørge om, og få hjælp til. Rengøring var rigtigt god, og fleksibel. Værelserne var dejlige og rene. Dejlig pool og sauna. Morgenmaden var rigtigt god, og der var en glimrende service, en vi aldrig ville glemme, medarbejderne, Chanderkant, Aslisn og Rahul var rigtigt flinke og oplærte os om nogen nye ting om maden på hotellet og Dubai, virkelig gode medarbejdere og rigtigt god ros til deres hårde arbejde og den gode service de giver. Alle var meget åbne og velkommenlige. Altid personale til at hjælpe. Fantastisk oplevelse på Jumeira Rotana. Vil helt klart kunne anbefales.

The Jumeira Rotana is an excellent hotel near the financial district and the airport. The staff are very attentive and deal with any query raised. The hotel has a private and secure car park. It is also off 2nd December Street, a popular shopping and restaurant area. The rooms are large with excellent facilities and all at a reasonable cost

조식 정말 별로입니다. 방에는 콘센트가 한곳 뿐입니다. 방은 넓지만 어둡고 에어컨 소음이 심합니다. 밤에는 건너편 아파트가 다 보여서 항상 커튼을 닫아야 합니다. 새벽3시면 청소차량이 엄청난 굉음을 냅니다. 그나마 호텔 직원들은 친절한 편입니다.

Buongiorno, la struttura è più un 2stelle. La cosa peggiore è la muffa nella doccia in bagno. Ci hanno minacciato per giorni di non far fare la colazione ai ragazzi per una incomprensione tra Expedia ( bimbi da 1 a 17 anni) e l’hotel (bimbi da 1 a 12 anni). Il resto del personale gentile. Il ristorante sotto l’hotel comodo.

Hotel and staff great only one criticism

No issue with stay although air conditioning a little on the loud side although I didn’t complain so may be could have moved. If I have one criticism is that the TV channels were mainly Arabic and only the odd English Channel. For me being there on business and not necessarily for pleasure I’m not interested in staying in the bar all night and would have preferred to watch the TV in my room but this was very limited but that would be the only criticism Food also good
