A great hotel within the multicultural part of Dubai. Close to the metro and excellent value eateries and a couple of reasonable sized supermarkets. The staff were all fantastic. The room was very large and room service regular. If in the area I would stay again.

Staff here were exceptional. Location is brilliant with good access to shops and only five minutes walk from the Metro station. The gym was small but excellent. The absolutely only issue I had was that prior to arrival I contacted the hotel several times to try to arrange a transfer and to notify of late arrival. I did not get a response to any of my messages which I sent via the official email address as well asvia the hotel booking site. That said I had absolutely no issues when I did arrive and everything was exceptional.

Nice stay as usual. Im a repeated guest and always happy to return even if sometimes there are some technical issues. These are compensated and acknowledged. Syed and Ahmed are stars at the reception. The boy cleaning 509 (I’m so sorry I don’t have his name) was always so helpful and accurate. Such a nice experience! Also the Italian restaurant and chef Hussains Italian food is perfect. Will come back!!

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to great food options. Very comfortable beds. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The rooftop pool closes at 10pm and we were just there for naps before a flight and missed it. But it looks wonderful : )
