I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel Dubai Al Rigga. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Chef Bishnu for the delightful treat and to Kannan for the exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The washroom has mould. The room smells, and the carpet has white spots. The whole way to floor six has a bad smell. The bed is comfortable, but the bed skirt wasn't clean.

The hotel is in great location, near the Metro station so it’s very accessible. There is a lot of restaurants and dining options nearby, it’s also close to Al Ghurair mall. My husband could not connect to the hotel’s wifi, so he was upset about it no one couldn’t help him fix it. The breakfast buffet could be improve, there is not alot of options to choose from. Overall, it was a good stay.
