Gave me smoking room that smells digusting. Next day reception claimed no other rooms available. Once i raised the tone suddenly in 1 min a non smoking room was immediately available. This shows how they perceive customer service…

Ibis Al Rigga - One of the best!

I spent 4 days there for a mini-vacation and I enjoyed every moment of my stay there. The receptionists were awesome and the environment was clean. I had a good time there.
