The staff went the extra mile to make sure we had the perfect stay. The rooms were big and clean. The free navette to the beach club and the burn Khalifa were extremely appreciated. Breakfast was great. We had an amazing time and we will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Hyde for 5d4n. Had a magical stay. The views of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony was amazing! Had booked a Burj Khalifa view: stayed in Room 1612. Staff was friendly and kind, breakfast buffet options were pretty good, location was strategic: getting to tourist spots was more or less 15-25 minutes drive from uber/taxi. Supermarket nearby a minute or two walk away from the hotel. Amenities were great! Received 4 daily bottled water (free upon request) and a welcome box of chocolates. Family friendly. Definitely would stay here again! Thank you Hyde Hotel Dubai for this wonderful stay!

The hotel is great! I really loved my stay there, the room were spacious, well decorated, and well maintained. The staff was really nice.The location is ideal, a few minutes away from the mall and easy to access, and the parking valet service was a plus! I only stayed for 1 night because I was moving to the Palm area, but let me just say Hyde was fantastic! The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. The rooms were super nice as well. I recommend the canal view, it’s beautiful at night. I’m in Dubai celebrating my birthday and Hyde went above and beyond even with me only staying a single night.

Peaceful stay in Dubai

Excellent hotel, service was impeccable, location was pretty good too! Breakfast was excellent, the coffee shop downstairs was great and Katsuya delicious too despite their quiet loud lounge music at night. Please do not miss the whisky bar that took me right back to New York. I would definitely come back!

Check-in was seamless thanks to the friendly and efficient front desk team, and throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the attentiveness and care shown by everyone on staff. Nice hotel in general. Just wish someone had put a review on here and mentioned it's not really suitable for families. I had made a booking late last year. Requested connecting rooms as we went as a family. On arrival i was told it wasn't possible, as its subject to availability as mentioned at the time of booking. However considering the fact that the booking was done many months beforehand Hyde should have made sure this was sorted. I confirmed this by email several times before our check in, and then i was told to show proof of this. Anyway for nearly a week out of our 10 night stay the family was placed on different floors, unyil i left a review then suddenly a room became availabe on the same floor whoch was the best they could offer. Prayer mats were Requested before arroval months ago, again after requesting this everyday we didn't get these until our toom was changed. Overall some of the staff is nice. But it shouldnt have taken me to put a review online for them to actually do something about my family being split. I definitely would not recommend going here with the family especially with younger children. Alot of other business we saw going on which i would nt have wanted to be around with my kids for sure. No wonder there are no rooms availabe they are mostly occupied for other reasons.

Positive = great room and spa staff were very friendly. Negatives = half board is a scam with very limited options. Breakfast is limited. Service not 5*. The little touches are missing like bags not taken to room on checkin, nobody explained the half board options (there is only 1 real restaurant and if you don’t like Lebanese then you only have the option of bar food), nobody shows you to a table when having breakfast so you have to walk around trying to find one which is set up for breakfast, lifeguards at pool are rude, pool area is poor with only a few hours of sun a day. All in all we will not stay at this hotel again nor will we ever stay in the Business Bay Area. This is my 12th time to Dubai and we will head back to Jumeirah when we come again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times recently and one of my reviews was probably too harsh, so what I write below is more balanced. This is a nice hotel, with generally very good service, but with one glaring flaw, which is in the booking system and the people running that system. Other staff members, especially the cleaning crew, are unusually friendly. (Hat tip to Tanmoy, the friendly guy who cleaned my room and thanked me for my neatness). The hotel tries to be trendy, and sort of succeeds in drawing a slightly more stylish crowd than most. Of course, these days, that's not saying a lot. But if you know there are two other Hydes, and they are located in Miami, that tells you what you need to know. Generally the facilities are clean and up to date. The gym is decent, as is the pool area. The location in Business Bay is okay, not particularly lively, but 10 minutes to Dubai Mall. The big issue here is that there are 8 suites, the Executive Suites, that are head and shoulders above the rest. The Junior Suites are not really suites at all, but nice larger rooms. The room I booked was a large suite, the Executive Suite, on a high floor. Or at least that's what I thought I had booked, and was assured. The room I was actually given was a small junior suite. But it was an upgrade, and when push comes to shove they give the best rooms to those who have paid the full price. Even if you are a member of a program like Expedia VIP access, don't expect an upgrade
