The staff were very helpful and nice. I cannot fault the customer service. The variety of food provided at breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided unless rescheduled by guest.

Good hotel in a nice location close to 2 metro stations. 2 mins walks from shopping mall and old Dubai. Staff pleasant and rooms nice. Worth the money. 2nd stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a two room apartment with kitchen.

We arrived early at the hotel and the receptionist with a hijab on (sorry I forgot your name) was so lovely & understanding that she switch our room for us so we could get settled in instead of waiting till noon - lifesaver! After staying for 8 nights I just fell in love with the services and cleanliness of this place all the staff were lovely - our housekeeper was a star (Naresh). I will miss my Garden salad for lunch amazing - everyone must try it. There’s also a lovely mall opposite the hotel for shopping which was a bonus 🙌 I would recommend staying here it’s affordable, great metro links within walking distance & souq naïf is amazing there (I got a suitcase for £15 just under 70AED) so cheap love it.

I have nothing negative with the stuffs.Very excellent service and reliable stuffs.Everyone is very concern with your needs. Even the guards and bellboys. Even is not 5star hotel but what matter most More than 5star services. This hotel is perfect to everything. Shops, malls, train station, bus station, tour ticketing all over the areas. Perfect location to everything. Everything is walkable. For the first timer to go to dubai. This is the perfect hotel for you where to stay. Just like to share with my experience. I enjoyed every minute to stay in this hotel. The only thing i don’t like in this hotel the food.. the breakfast buffet plenty of choices but it’s not good like tasteless cooked food. I hope you need to improve the chef cause this will ruin the impression of the hotel. Being the name Hyatt should have a good food always goood chef. But i will still definitely come back to this hotel once i get back to Dubai. I love all these helpful staffs. From the frontdesk, up to their resto lounge. They are all very sweet and accommodating as in they will give you all what you need. Thank you Hyatt. Hope to see you again soon. Thank you so much Mary Ann, Erwin, Asma, Changyen, and others.
