Friendly and accomodating crew. The hotel is huge meaning there many room options and the facilities/amenties are extensive. Management listen and seem to genuinely care about guest needs. My stay was 4 weeks and the housekeeping crew did their best to make the hotel feel more homey. From the management team, Almas was a god send and instrumental in making the stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Our room was clean and modern. Thanks to Taranjot and Asnita :) We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of fresh options.Good Job Chef Alan, Rio, Amjad and ILham. The location was ideal—just a short Drive from [landmarks/attractions] and plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel . We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with easy access to Bur Dubai, downtown area, and the airport. All within 15-20 minutes ride. The area is quieter than other touristic areas, but you will find the essentials within walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, some restaurants, etc). Room was spacious and very clean with good/fresh smell. Breakfast was included but I did not have the time to try it. Staff is great and helpful. Pool was average.

Everything was good except the pool wasn't that big for the amount of people. Staff took hours assigning rooms to people after check-in. Room should be ready for those who book before check-in not a few hours after. But everything is great.

Okay property. Breakfast is below average. Frankly deplorable. Not at all of even basic Hyatt standards the world over. Don’t even feel like eating it.. Rooms very basic.. toilet amenities negligible. Staff all very courteous and helpful. Check in was quick. Check out quicker. Would I go back again … maybe not.

Miles away from everything, rooms are large busy the bathrooms could do with upgrading. No soundproof in rooms, noisy neighbours above and the mosque will wake you at 5am weekdays and 6am weekends. Breakfast not great

The hotel was okay. Just when we arrived check was at 14 but stille we i to wait for our rooms really long time. In the mean time that we where waiting there was a clerk change so we had to check in al over again it was really confusing 4 persons suite was not fitted for 4 persons and the clerk told us that someone would come to the room to place an axtra bed or fix the problem. That took hours and we had to ask several times about it. In the end the solition was that the made up a small piece of the sitting couch like a bed and 1 adult person had to sleep on a small piece of couch and extra bed was never delivered But the stay was not comfortable. After 2 days a person from the reception ask about our stay like they didnt know about nothing. They would send someone after because we where just going out .. nobody ever came in the next days. They didnt seem to care or have any interest to help Normally i never have complaints but this.. i dont wish for other people happen on their stay.

Special thanks to Mr.Amjad, Mr. Zain, Mr.Rio, and Mr.Abbas for taking good care of my food choices during my long stay at Hyatt Place, Jumeirah. Specious bright-lighted Rooms. Nice room service staff. Their gesture of creativity with the towels and bathroom tissues always made my heart relax and smile again after a long, busy working day. Staff at the door were always helpful and kind. The reception staff was always welcoming and helpful.
