This hotel was disgusting. We had bugs in our room—roaches. We sat on the bed, and it was like a rock, and we fell through the bed; it was so old. It was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty with cobwebs. The towels were old, and the floor/carpet was sticky. It smelt like mold. I asked for a refund, and they would NOT refund my money. I was out $1500. I will continue to fight these people; it's a shame how they treat guests.

Great Place value for money

The location of the hotel is good, many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is good at the hotel. The Staff is helpful and on their toes going the extra mile.

The hotel is in a area which feels unsafe to go outside in the evening/night time unless you drive or use taxi.The room was smelling heavily like smoke and the bathroom was very old and mold was around the shower cabinet.The dining was very poor .Would not recommend if you are looking for cleanliness, safe and a tasty dining experience.

The property has great potential but would benefit from some updates and improvements in the rooms. While room service could be more prompt, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary underground parking, though tight, was a nice perk. The bathrooms could use some TLC, particularly the shower doors and heads. Nice hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Room was clean and spacious. Free bottled water left every day with fridge in room to keep it chilled. Only downside, the location - a taxi ride away from the metro which was a little inconvenient. Also, the cargo port is directly opposite. The extremely bright 24-hour lights from there can hinder sleep. Best to ask for a room not on this side if this could be a problem.

There are no king beds as I paid and booked 4 rooms for my family members. They gave us queen beds no king beds. The room service gave us very bad quality of blankets and it’s very small not even enough for a baby. They don’t put any hair conditioner in the bathrooms.
