Excellent service. All interactions with staff were polite, courteous and professional. The sofa bed could have been softer, but that was the only minor knock in my entire experience. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Hilton Garden . The breakfast was amazing . Service fenomenal . Rooms a super clean and nice . It's a 40 minutes walk to burj khalifa . But the uber from the hotel is very fast and cheap . If I go back to dubai, i will deffinetly stay again in this hotel . There is a outdoor pool, and gym . The service is always to the top .

Overall experience was excellent. My only disappointment was that there is no microwave in the room. I ordered room service on several occasions and unless you eat it all right now , if it goes cold then you are on your own. I would have enjoyed the opportunity to warm my food and not toss it away because it’s cold.

I have to warn travelers, the location of this hotel is misleading. It is shown as 19 min walking distance from Dubai Fountain at Hotels.com and we chose it because of this. We found out that it is in fact 1 hr 33 min. Although I warned both Hilton and Hotels.com, the location info is still wrong at Hotels.com. We were suffered and Hotel refused to compensate it.

Brand new modern style hotel

Perfect get-away in rather minimalistic hotel, it has none of the Arabic inspired interiors otherwise common here. Bathroom in a build quality I had not seen previously with a large shower for two. Breakfast room very roomy, never crowded during our stay, and a good spread offered. It is very central but still not down-town, doormen had problems hailing a standard taxi and often brought in more exclusive app-hailed taxis; very comfortable but at least double in price. There is a bus-line just outside which brings you to the Metro, it took 8 minutes. There is also a small marine station at the board walk which takes you over the creek in boat taxis, nice change from the horrendous traffic. Pool area highly recommended, with access to a lounge bar / restaurant.
