It is a very good property and off season prices were good . Only complain is that service is slow and in season it gets pricy . The restruant is expensive though food is tasty .

I would never recommend this property to anyone, the amount of charges does not equal to the lack of service they offer. The staff is unhelpful, you can be dying of thirst or sick and they are more concerned with their money and policies.

Five Day Stay 02 - 07 March 2023

The hotel dates from 2019, so everything is modern and electronically up to date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very pleasing. I especially appreciated the shower, which had excellent pressure and hot water through a rainfall showerhead. The bath was large enough and also comfortable. Housekeeping were especially efficient and very helpful. The wait staff and chefs in the breakfast venue were also cheerful and always customer focused. The breakfast was par for the course in this type of four star establishment, with nothing particularly memorable. Ms Soukaina Ennhari, the Front Office Manager, was especially helpful and efficient. I found all staff to be well trained and client focused, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is excellent overall, staff and property alike. The only drawback for me was the location, as it was inside a residential area of multi-storey apartment buildings, such as multiple Golden Sands complexes, and a 15 mins walk from Burjaman Mall, which would be a challenge in the warmer weather. Thank you to all staff, however, for their dedication and professionalism. Blazon corporation may be proud!

Great value for money

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff on reception. The pool staff, restaurant and cleaners were very polite. On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances. But the pool area was great and overall it was excellent value for money

Amazing hotel

It was the best hotel I was in terms of relationship between price and quality. Rooms are big and quite clean with all working in perfect conditions and with a very comfortable feeling. Indian restaurant is amazing which made us eat there every day. Breakfast needs to be well improved to be at the same level of the rest (service was 5 stars but the food needs to be more and diversified). It was an amazing experience and to repeat.

Well, it was not expected based on what i saw from the pictures. The all services could have been a lot better. We reserved a room for three people but what they gave me was a very small room which was really difficult to stay... Also the treatment of manager was a lot imploite and he was not at all kind. Evert day they woudn't clean our room completely. Sometimes a towel missed, sometimes a toothbrush missed and etc... Also, the diversity of breakfast was nothing, i can say we could only eat eges, That's it I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all
