The only issue were the elevators in the hotel. It took forever to get an elevator. Looked like they need to improve their algorithm in scheduling them and open up more rather than trying to squeeze everyone in 1-2 elevators

Great location, mixed experience.

Great location and love the fact there is a washer/dryer, included breakfast, and TVs that are capable of Netflix etc. Elevators in the building are a COMPLETE disaster. Sometimes takes 10 mins to go up or down. Hotel unnecessarily takes a large deposit at check in, despite room already being paid for.

Great staff and a terrific location makes this a wonderful property. The rooms have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The only issue is the horrible elevator system. We waited extra long times for elevators due to the poor system. That's not enough to not recommend this property. I would stay here again.

The property is just accessible to transportation and also to the nearby attractions. Staff were professionals and well-mannered . The Manager very accommodating as we had a late check out around 1:30pm instead of 12noon: Shout out to the following great staff: Mr. Molham, Jatin, David, Mario and Hary. Also it was my birthday and I had a surprised cake that was initiated by the female night staff I can’t recall her name , but thanks to her efforts and creativity I luv my surprise birthday cake. Awesome hotel and is highly recommended. Aside from Burj Al Arab where we also had the chance to stay I will recommend your hotel as well.
