Upon checking in on 1st of December room number 2103.Mr. Mohammed, the night shift manager, went above and beyond to enhance my stay. He upgraded my room, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His exceptional service made a significant difference, and I genuinely appreciate all his help during my stay. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to thank him in person before I left, but I want him to know that he really made my vacation special. The hotel itself was beautiful, and every member of the staff provided outstanding customer service. Metro is close and taxis always available. Housekeeping kept my room clean as requested and stocked with water. Look forward to my next visit.
