Absolutely amazing hotel! My mom stayed there early April for one day as she had a layover in Dubai and she instantly asked me to rebook her for her 5 days layover when returning home to Canada. Very convenient for shopping which is the main focus for her when selecting a hotel. Thank you on behalf of her to the staff as they made her very welcome and assisted her with any accommodations. Also another great point - they offered a scale for her to scale her luggages so she can be prepared for her flight back!

End up checking out early because no housekeeping ever came and we had to ask for towels and water. The never answered our call to the front desk and could not communicate with the staff because the limited English or Arabic language. Was told that they could not help us with anything because we booked it with 3rd party. Never will I come back again. There so many others hotels in the area to go.
