Great staff and a terrific location makes this a wonderful property. The rooms have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The only issue is the horrible elevator system. We waited extra long times for elevators due to the poor system. That's not enough to not recommend this property. I would stay here again.

Great location and love the fact there is a washer/dryer, included breakfast, and TVs that are capable of Netflix etc. Elevators in the building are a COMPLETE disaster. Sometimes takes 10 mins to go up or down. Hotel unnecessarily takes a large deposit at check in, despite room already being paid for.

The hotel hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helpful and friendly, Room webgot was not at good condition. It has a very distinctive smell, closet doors did not close properly, so the lights in the closet were on at all times. No hairdryer. Water in the sink did not drain. We stay only one night, so we didn't make any complaints. Breakfast was good

Absolutely everything. The free upgrade to a Suite was just lovely of them. It was outstanding and made my stay that more comfortable. The guys on Parking outside were super friendly and very efficient with helping me with my mobility scooter into cabs. It was always a pleasure to see the staff and they go above and beyond at the residences. Location was perfect two mins from the Metro Stop, local shops and restaurants. I WILL definitely return.
