The check-in staff were very helpful. As we arrived early, Ikram made every effort to look after us and gave us a wonderful room overlooking the front, well before the 3pm check-in time. The outside lobby staff were also very good in getting us taxis promptly. If I go again, without any hesitation will book the same hotel.

10/10 customer service from staff at the reception desk to the housekeeping team. Cleanliness was not an issue at all as they have a team constantly making sure this is kept to the best standard. A decent range of facilities are available on the lower floors such as their gym and indoor gym. The area facing the waterfront is really nice with short access to a mosque and some restaurants. However the area behind it isn’t as good. Their food is also really good, catering to different cuisines from around the world. They offer room service for the food which is really nice. Would recommend staying here if you want a more quiet stay away from the noise downtown, still being only a 20-40 minute taxi away from anywhere!

Fabulous stay

It was a great stay. Every one was very welcoming and accomadating.All the staff were very helpful, shout out to buffet team sapan,neneth,Barbara,btain,hains,dorren and some I and some we forget.fablous service. Definitely staying again.

Water front view is beautiful, very nice room, good fitness center. What i didnt like is that my room was infront of the elevators and i could hear nonstop their sound.
