Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Located in the city and is close to the Dubai mall and many restaurants! Staff was really nice and place is clean and the rooms also! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was a lovely place to stay, excellent pool food and rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and linens were the best and softest I've experienced. Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant.

Amazing experience

Truly amazing experience. While checking in, they offered a complimentary juice which was refreshing as you come in from hot weather. Then I was provided with room earlier than the check in time so went straight into the room which was great in itself. Plus the view you get while going up or down in the lift is just awesome

Very nice but could improve.

The hotel is very nice, service is well intentioned, overly polite as per training but insincere as requests for later check out rejected - unless we pay extra. Magnanimous gesture they finally offered a 30 minute extension! I requested 2 hours, so I wasn’t being unreasonable. The pool area is the highlight but inadequate number of sunbeds for guests so we missed out and sat at bar table. We decided to hire a car but when we arrived for the ‘free’ guest car parking, people had double and triple parked and it was chaos. Not much in local area so either hire a car or spend $20-30 on Ubers every outing. Zero eco friendliness as they provide tiny bottles of single use plastic toiletries and then leave a card about being environments concerned so recommending re-using the towels! Bit ironic.
