Never booked this place, Expedia has no control, says front desk is open 7 am to 3 am, no front desk, their phone number is not working, even expedia support is not able to reach them, Still expedia doesn't refund us

JBR is always nice and the proximity to the area was amazing. Nonetheless, the hostel felt very run-down and the people checking us in almost seemed like they had no idea what was going on with our reservation. They were nice, but the check-in process was abysmal.
