All amenities, including the spa, are fit for a 5-star hotel. The staff treated us like VIPs. This hotel was all that we expected. My big plus is the accessibility to fine dining within Burj Khalifa, especially the Atmosphere on the 122nd floor, and easy and direct access to the Dubai Mall. The view from our room on the 38th floor was fantastic!

The Armani Hotel was so much more than a fantastic hotel. The level of service and genuine friendliness of the staff is beyond words. To say five stars is truly a disservice. Even after we checked out the staff attended to my mother’s needs as if she were their mother. Every need was attended to.

100% Armani style at the Burj Khalifa

The Hotel is an iconic place in Burj Khalifa. The rooms are designed in Armani elegand and austere style. The dim light creates a warm atmosphere, but the room is perhaps too dark. The service was outstanding, both at reception, room service, and the pool. We tried both the Atmosphere lounge at floor 122, impressive views, and Michelin star Armani italian restaurant, both very recommendable.

Experience with Reception and breakfast good. Rest is junk you need coordinatie wrll to prepare your room after chekin. One lady called as a manager do not trust your complaint. We stayed at this hotel in mid-December and, despite a pleasant arrival, the experience quickly went downhill. Several nights into our stay, we were awakened early in the morning by extremely loud drilling. When I complained to the front desk, I received no apology and was simply told that the hotel shares the building with private residences and had no control over the construction. We were promised it would not happen again. That promise was false. The drilling continued the next morning and went on all day. Only after multiple complaints did management move us to another room away from the residential area, and only then did we receive an apology. At over $800 per night, this level of disruption is unacceptable. A five-star hotel should guarantee peace, quiet, and basic comfort. Instead, we were woken up early, unable to stay in our room during the day, and left to deal with a problem the hotel clearly cannot manage. After repeated complaints, the hotel offered to comp a buffet dinner, which was an inadequate response to multiple days of lost sleep. Yes, the property is attractive and the location is convenient. None of that matters if you cannot sleep or relax in your room. The hotel’s shared-building arrangement with private residences is a serious issue, and guests are the ones paying the price. If you stay here, do not choose a fountain or city view. Insist on a room far away from the residential units. Most importantly, do not expect issues to be resolved fairly

An incredible stay where superb SERVICE at the Armani hotel in the Burj Khalifa. My wife and I were thrilled at the professionalism and level of service we receive while staying at the hotel. The amenities and comfort were top-notch, but most of all the staff were better than most other five and six star properties. We’ve stayed at in the past.
