Staff were great. Elevators sucked. Could take up to 20 mins to get into one. Poor design. Housekeepers weren’t great. They didn’t change sheets that were dirty, comforter had urine upon arrival, wouldn’t refill toilet papers or Kleenex or replace dirty mugs. Valet was great!

Great hotel, rooms are large & clean. Amazing service from all the staff. The room attendants were really thorough and always make sure you have everything you need. The staff at the pool are great too! Location great. Only small downside is the lifts are a bit slow only 3 for 25 floors so can take a while for one to arrive / be empty.

The staff kept us waiting for 2 hours for check in as room was not ready. The room has a clogging issue in the bathroom ( The sink, bath tub, toilet) all had drainage issue. very disappointed

Area around was very good lots of food outlets and shops. Traffic was very busy but there is good tram and metro links

They need to seriously work on fixing the elevators issue because they only have 3 elevators for the entire hotel and waiting for one of them to arrive took a very long time
