The hotel set up is a little peculiar, with reception and guest rooms spread over different buildings within Dubai Old Village. But that just adds to the charm. The booked a Creek view room and loved it. The Creek view was a treat and the room offers a retro experience. I would certainly stay here again.

Upon arrival we were welcomed. Every staff member we were in contact with treated us with professionalism and kindness. They all made us feel like a person would treat us like a family member. Even if it is their job they all went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. There were many restaurants to choose from and a market for any personal needs that we may have forgotten. The location of this property was a perfect for venturing out anywhere we wanted to explore. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Dubai for a long stay or passing through.

Breakfast was good with many options. Room was comfortable and i like the interior design. I appreciated they refill enough water as it's too important staying in Dubai. It's easy to lost direction in the hotel + Bazaar area but the staff was helpful to show you the right way. 15-20 min to metro, if you don't want to in >40C, there were taxis waiting outside the hotel.

I had to rate it 3/5 because I have been kept waiting in the lobby for 40min before a cart driver could pick me up and drop off at my quarter. The guest quarters are spread across the premise blending in to the heritage village settings, therefor, it is not like you pickup the keys and off to the elevator. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the room and the service. Staffs were friendly and supportive.

I stayed at Al Seef Heritage Hotel with my mum for two weeks and overall, we had a great experience. We booked a two-bed room, which was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself has a lovely traditional charm and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful and enjoyable stay. The only area that could use some improvement is the breakfast. While there was a variety of options available, the freshness of the food could be better. A bit more attention to quality in the morning spread would really enhance the overall experience. Still, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again.

Love the way the resort was setup, felt like a trip back in time to ancient Middle East cities. The room included free dinner that sweetened the deal. We didn’t spend a full night at the resort, used it to have a place to stay on our last day in Dubai, it was cheaper to rent a full day at Alseef than use the late checkout option at The Palace Downtown, and we enjoyed our time at Alseef 10x more while it cost 10x less per night. A definite win, and will stay longer there next time.

I was refused check in because my daughters from Canada did not have theirs physical passports to check in. I had copies of them On my phone but that was not good enough. Nowhere did it say on the reservation that all persons needed passports, only the person with the reservation. They refunded one night two rooms but not the first. Ruined my daughter’s vacation.
