This hotel is hidden jem, it is amazing in spacious modern room, good place either for family or work. The area around is so vivid, a lot of restaurants and shops. you can not get bored. Also value wise, it is amazing.

Disappointing Experience – Only Housekeeping CaresI recently checked into this hotel, and it was hands down one of the worst check-in experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, there was absolutely no greeting and not a single smile. Everyone working at the front desk looked completely grumpy. It was so bad that I actually had to ask them, "Am I bothering you guys?" They just said no, but their attitude didn't change. Once the check-in process was finally done, they didn't even say "thank you" or "enjoy your stay." They didn't bother explaining any of the hotel amenities or telling me what there is to do around the property.Unfortunately, the poor service continued at the restaurant for breakfast. Again, no one greets you, no one says hello, and no one says goodbye. On top of the cold atmosphere, the staff was incredibly slow to clear the tables, leaving dirty dishes sitting around for far too long.The only saving grace of this entire stay was the housekeeping department. They provided a good experience and actually did their jobs well. Apart from housekeeping, the rest of the departments seriously need to re-evaluate their customer service. The staff needs to learn to smile, talk, and greet their guests. I definitely would not recommend staying here until they fix their hospitality.
