It's near the gold suuk and all shops. Good price and good service. There is no car park available in the hotel.

Awful!!!

Very poor condition of hotel rooms. All fixtures are rusting while carpets and cabinets were dusty and bath tub is awful. Location and staff friendliness are the only saving grace.

The food is very bad the restauraunt in the top floor was closed down, there was a small convenience store that had a small grill and cooked there not commercial equipment, it looked like a grill from home. toilets were stained the seat and all. staff was great except for the front desk. the rest were very nice and respectful and helpful.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. The pictures shown in the website and the reality is totally the opposite. My children didn’t sleep and use the toilet. Attached are the pictures and videos showing the reality of inside the rooms. I need a full refund as I’m at getting into another hotel not far away from this hotel. Thanks

The images for this hotel seemed clean and nice but once you enter the room it looks smaller and has an unclean look. The washroom had a few bugs and the doors were molding. I feel they tricked us with the location. They didn’t provide toilet paper, few pillows, no info, wifi barely worked and lights wouldn’t stay on properly.

I have stayed in hotels all across the globe, both in the West and the East, over the past 20 years. This was the absolute worst hotel stay in my life. Even most of the cheap motels I stayed in during my student life are better than this. All best sheets and entire room was absolutely filthy. Staff was incredibly rude. We arrived late in the night; so I had to spend the night somehow; but I took my family and left to another hotel the next morning, wasting my $800. Don't go to this property. Its absolutely crap. Much better to sleep at the airport than come here.

Wast of money

This is more than 50 years old hotel without renovation,Terrible hotel ,if u travel from Europe do not expect a 3 star hotel ,it’s not even 1 star .hostels are much better than this hotel .Dirty bathroom ,poor room service ,I stay 4 days only 1 time room cleaning and bed cover never changed only tidy up ,towels changed their colours from white to gray due to age of towels .window is hardly slidable but can’t close the window properly ,I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ,u could find better one at same price little bit far from market .Do not ruined your trip .I am very happy with Hotels.com because I contacted them at 4 o’clock midnight and they reply, complain about the situation and they try to refund me but base on hotel policy I couldn’t get my refund finally they offer me 1 night cost of stay as credit in my app .
