Good overall , yet can have improvements , for example the deposit upon check in will be returned as bank transferr 30 day after check out ، which i found insane since all hotels do block money on credit card not actual purchase. Other point if there is grocery up to 24 hours since no room service would be great

Heavily under staffed. Waited for 4 extra hours for laundry folks to deliver my package, they finally did it at 11pm. Waited for 2+ hours for body lotion. This is with multiple reminder calls. Not sure what would be their response time if I did not make those calls.

Some flies in room, particularly bad in bathroom. Drains also smelt in bathroom. Stayed in cave room. Pool was ice cold, not heated so unable to use. Let down by requesting a taxi arranged via front desk previous day, taxi failed to turn up and almost missed flight as a result - unnecessary stress at 3am in the morning. No/limited taxi service from hotel but eventually night staff were able to arrange an alternative, but very expensive (200SAR for 15min drive to airport!!! With no other option at that time of day I had to pay or miss my flight) - no facilities within hotel to provide ride to airport. Make arrangements to travel outside of hotel as unreliable. Overall a mediocre stay and expected better as have used hotel previously without issue.
