“Disappointed on arrival to find out the on site restaurant had closed 2 wks previously and our units hot tub was not working properly…the 2 main reasons we booked this more isolated property. Upside, we had a fantastic meal at the Pizzeria Maslina in Drvenik and when we returned, the staff had the hot tub starting to heat although it was a very slow process and the filter never did function properly. “This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

“Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass etwa 130 Treppenstufen bis zum Zimmer bewältigt werden müssen. Das Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig und wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem keinen Balkon, wodurch das Trocknen von Handtüchern und Badesachen sehr umständlich war. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz des Hotels befindet sich etwa 500 m entfernt.
