“Staff and meals (both quality and service) was pretty good.
The hotel itself and the rooms are very old, clearly in a need of refurbishment. In our room the bath was great and recently renewed, but the room itself, and specially the bed was poor. Also a lot of noise from other rooms.”

“My ‘home from home’ … the staff couldn’t be nicer, always have been. As a regular visitor and 4th generation Birr family member, I love how kind and welcoming the townspeople are to me. Doolys are part of my heritage and the best homecoming experience is to be had there. Marguerite”
