Friendly and helpful reception team; Anne and Phillip were very efficient at check-in and able to provide directions to sites and places to eat nearby. Exceptionally clean and spacious room with plenty of electrical outlets. Parking is limited, access-controlled and connected to the property but not guaranteed as it is first-come-first-served. We were able to park on property without any problem. This is a SUPER Super 8 in Dresden… Far above and beyond the standards of Super 8 hotels in the United States.

Nice budget hotel in Dresden

Nice hotel for a Night in Dresden. Parking can be difficult to access and costs 27Eur for a night and the area- but not the hotel - has a run down look. Once inside everything is fine and location is fine for a walk around the inner city.

Positives: Bed, Cleanliness, Air conditioning quiet room, location - several tram lines, breakfast offering Negatives: TV Remote and room safe did not work and no maitenance man to repair them, organisation of breakfast buffet, very small room, no closet or refrigerator. Hotel is good for a 3 to 4 day stay, but not longer. The central location on several tram lines is the big plus

Good hotel - unpleasant stuff

The hotel, the room and breakfast were excellent however the front desk stuff were angry, unwelcoming and unpleasant to talk with. We felt like we were doing something wrong when checking in or trying to get service from them. Also, the hotels page stated parking on site but didn’t mention that the parking costs money and very very expensive.

Check-in 4.07.24 approx @ 4pm was a mess, at beginning the Lady refused to put my VAT number on the invoice, because she was busy, or maybe too much work. Then, the room I got was not in order, used from another guest, she changed me the room. In general the Lady at check in didn't give me the impression she understands the job, pretty much hard.

Wir waren für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und bemühte Personal, das sich viel Zeit genommen hat, um alle Fragen und Anliegen zu beantworten. Hier fühlte man sich wirklich willkommen. Das Zimmer war hell, freundlich und sauber. Schade fanden wir allerdings, dass die Bäder keine Fenster und zudem keine Abluft haben. Das Frühstück war für 15 Euro absolut gerechtfertigt und bot eine große Auswahl. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da sich direkt vor der Tür eine Tramhaltestelle befindet. Das Hotel legt großen Wert auf seinen ökologischen Fußabdruck, was sich auch in vielen Bereichen sichtbar wiederfindet. Ein großer Minuspunkt waren für uns jedoch die Matratzen. Sie waren extrem weich, sodass man regelrecht durchhing und dadurch erhebliche Rückenschmerzen bekam. Für einen Aufenthalt von mehr als drei Tagen empfanden wir das daher als nicht zumutbar. Außerdem wäre ein Hinweis auf Expedia oder der Homepage zur großen Baustelle direkt am Hotel wünschenswert gewesen. Der dadurch entstehende Lärm begann bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden und war teilweise sehr störend. Fazit: Für kurze Aufenthalte ist das Hotel aufgrund der tollen Lage, des freundlichen Personals und des guten Frühstücks sehr zu empfehlen.Bei längeren Aufenthalten sollte man allerdings die sehr weichen Matratzen und die aktuelle Baustellensituation berücksichtigen.

Wir waren ingesamt zufrieden mit dem Hotel, es war zentral zum Bahnhof Neustadt gelegen und zu Fuß in die Altstadt war es auch nicht weit. Das Zimmer hätte allerdings etwas sauberer sein können, die Möbel waren teilweise demoliert, allerdings war es für uns in Ordnung. Beim Frühstück gab es eine gute und große Auswahl und es war lecker. Wir würden das Hotel für einen Städtetrip wieder empfehlen

Super nettes Personal. Wirklich gute Preis-Leistung. Gute Lage. Perfekt am ÖPNV angebunden. Richtig gutes Buffet. Klimaanlage in der Lobby war extrem kalt eingestellt und im Bad gab's bereits schwarze Flecken.
