Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Polstermöbel und Badearmaturen bedürfen einer Überholung. Personal ist bemüht aber nicht ausreichend vorhanden (Abendessen dauerte ewig,Getränke ca. 20 Minuten und nochmals 45 Minuten oben auf bis das Essen serviert wurde). War geschmacklich aber gut und ansprechend serviert.

Mein Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter aber sehr gut gepflegt. Für Licht im Zimmer muss man die Zimmerkarte neben der Zimmertür in die Vorrichtung stecken. Das hat am Anfang etwas Zeit gekostet, da wäre ein kleiner Hinweis beim Checkin nett gewesen. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parken war kostenfrei an der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel oder auf dem kleinen Parkplatz im Hof möglich. Was bei den meisten Hotels in Dresden nicht der Fall ist.

Alles im erwarteten Rahmen. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Räume altersentsprechend gepflegt. Auffallend: * Das Zimmer hat nicht wirklich gut gerochen... vielleicht nach Essen? * Bettwäsche gut - auch gut riechend * Die Dusche war sehr angenehm (guter Wasserdruck, gute Wärme, gut regelbar und der Duschkopf gut verstellbar)
