Very nice place. Great breakfast, fabulous staff. Very handy for the station Dresden mitte but you can also walk from here to everywhere so i thought great location for the price.

Great hotel with great staff

Nice hotel clean very helpful kind friendly staff , they will check in early for free if they have available rooms and not let you wait till 3pm very good welcoming feeling ! Nice deco super comfortable bed and this is discount radisson , posh and class go there if in Dresden !

Basic, modern hotel

Very basic, budget hotel. Everything is totally fine, modern. A few strange design choices like making the desk smaller than a piece of paper - you can’t do anything with it so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone needing to use a laptop, work, etc. Staff were friendly. No housekeeping service until 4th day.

Excellent for short time stay.

Very good hotel, conveniently located close to transportation and historical sites. All walking distance with in 15-20 minutes This place is more suitable for short term stay because rooms don’t have a refrigerator or coffee maker in a room. You could go downstairs and have a coffee or tea for free, but… As well hotel lobby has a water machine where you could refill your bottle anytime. The hotel has breakfast available for fee I only eaten there once. In Dresden tap water is excellent quality so no need to purchase bottle of water too. There are a couple of grocery store nearby as well as little place to have a breakfast. I have to mention a staff that works there. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, and forthcoming with any assistance you may need!

Gute Lage am Bahnhof Mitte mit zahlreichen Reisemöglichkeiten, zu Fuß ist die Altstadt in 15-20 Minuten erreichbar. Geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer mit spartanischer Ausstattung. Es könnte gründlicher gereinigt werden (Staub).

Das Zimmer wurde nach der ersten Nacht nicht geputzt. Als ich danach gefragt habe, hieß es, das Zimmer wird erst nach drei Nächte geputzt. Abgesehen von dieser absurden Einstellung des Hotels, Personalkosten auf Kosten der Hygiene zu sparen, steht das nicht auf der Beschreibung im Expedia. Meine Anfrage, das Zimmer zu putzen oder es zu wechseln, hat die Rezeption abgelehnt. Außerdem ist das Zimmer zu klein, hat keinen Kleiderschrank, keinen Tisch, nicht mal ein Waaserkocher oder Gläser. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemals weiterempfehlen. Ein Stern ist sogar zu viel.

Das Hotel ist gut und sauber. Leider verkauft Expedia die Zimmer als Familienzimmer, was aber ohne Zustellbett oder Sofa mit einem 11jährigen Kind nicht möglich ist !!! Hier liegt der Fehler ganz klar bei Expedia und nicht beim Hotel, die darauf hinweisen !!! Expedia hat sich nach einer Woche immer noch nicht gemeldet was sehr schwach ist.

Null Kundenorientiert, Service eine glatte 6

Als wir als 3-köpfige Familie einchecken wollte, wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wir mit unseren Kindern (2 Familien) jeweils 11 und 12 Jahre alt, ein gemeinsames Bett teilen müssten. Eine Aufbettung wäre nicht möglich, der Fehler liegt hier bei dem Buchungsportal wo wir gebucht hätten, man hat sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht eine Lösung zu finden, sondern gleich davon gesprochen wir könnten ja stornieren wenn uns das nicht passt. Wir haben dann entschieden selbst eine Lösung zu finden: von den zwei gebuchten Zimmern für angebliche 2 Erwachse und jeweils einem Kind, haben wir von den Doppelbetten den Topper entfernt und in das andere Zimmer gebracht, so konnten die Kinder dann auf zwei übereinanderliegenden Toppern auf dem Boden schlafen und die Eltern in einem Doppelbett, also in diesem Sinne vielen Dank an das Servicepersonal, für gar nichts, wir kommen auf jeden Fall nie wieder!!!!!!!
