Wonderful stay in Dresden

It was a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Hotel is located very near the central station and within 5 minute’s’walking distance from the city center. Room was wide enough for 2persons, and housekeeping was made everyday. Whenever I visit Dresden, my hotel should be here.

The Hotel is located next to station which is convenient. However, location is quite remotely so there is no good restaurant nearby.

Really convenient from the station. Very modern hotel, with decent size rooms, very clean. Took about 15 mins to check in due to system issues but the staff were trying their best. Would stay again!

Everything was excellent, i was very happy to stay in a walkable distance from the city centre and the various shops and eateries. The neighborhood is vibrant with several nearby options. Dresden is very beautiful and cosmopolitan, too. Good choice and excellent service.

Great central location. Staff excellent at front desk and the young lady from Java in the bar was very efficient. Tea and coffee facilities would be an advantage in the room. We were grateful we got a kettle and cups on request.

Great Disappointment

Dark rooms, no tissues, no toilet paper. I have never stayed in a room so dark. Every time I turned around, I could see that the hotel was more interested in making money than serving their guests. Besides its great location, there is nothing overly positive to say.

our reservation hadn’t reached receptionists. so it took a long time for checking in. even worse, the type of room they offer was a different one we has booked. but receptionists done well sincerely for the trouble. finally we got a proper room. the room was clean. location was so good. there was a big supermarket next the hotel. and we got free public transportation cards after registering membership for free. we had to pay kind of city tax things besides accommodation fee.
