Very good place to stay. Lady at reception was very nice and helpful. And room was better than expected. Large, clean and well equipped. Only old style key isn't very practical, but rest than that all was great. And very good breakfast. Definetly would stay again once come back to Dresden.

Large, warm room with interesting modern decor. Bathroom a little dark but supurb shower. Well situated in the Neustadt to walk to the central areas full of cool restaurants and bars

Okay stay during cooler months

The hotel was close to station and tram stop, so easy to get around. Good variety of breakfast. Clean and spacious room. Pillows were very flat, and the duvets were heavy. No ac in the room, so it was very humid & uncomfortable to sleep, as is was 30 degrees outside during our stay. Traffic noise was too much at night to leave the windows open

Das Hotel ist von außen unscheinbar und die Fassade wirkt nicht gerade sehr einladend. Der Empfang war aber sehr freundlich. Das Gebäude liegt zu zwei Seiten an einer Straße, an einer davon fährt eine Straßenbahn vorbei. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster meines Zimmers war leider nicht ausreichend für einen ungestörten Schlaf. Bei meiner Buchung hatte ich als Wunsch extra um ein ruhiges Zimmer, nicht zur Straße hinaus, gebeten. Ich hatte bereits vor Monaten gebucht. Leider hat dies dennoch keine Berücksichtigung gefunden. Meiner Bitte vor Ort, eventuell doch noch einmal das Zimmer tauschen zu dürfen, war vergeblich. Das Personal war insgesamt aber wie gesagt sehr freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung. Leider konnte ich aufgrund des Lärms keine Nacht richtig schlafen. Trotzdem war es alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Bacana mas tem que andar bastante

Hotel muito bom, com quartos e banheiros novos. Porem não fica perto das estações de trem ou onibus para o centro de Dresden. Sugestão: colocar uma cadeira a mais no quarto para 3 pessoas.

Praktische Lage für die Neustadt, schön modernisierte Zimmer und hervorragendes Personal. Einige Bereiche des Gebäudes sind jedoch sehr alt und abgenutzt und müssten auch aufgefrischt werden.

unbeleuchteter Flur vor dem Zimmer; kein Kühlschrank; zu weiche Matratze; Obwohl ich das Schild "Bitte keine Reinigung" an der Tür zu hängen hatte, wurde nach zweimaligem Klopfen (sehr leise) der Schlüssel ins Schloss gesteckt - erst jetzt nahm ich wahr, dass das Klopfen an meiner Tür war - ich konnte das Eintreten "verhindern" - ich war gerade im Bad und hätte sehr ungern jemandem im Zimmer angetroffen - wenn ich das nicht gehört hätte, wäre die Reinigungskraft in mein Zimmer gekommen. Wozu habe ich dann eigentlich dieses Schild, wenn es nicht beachtet wird? Das hat mich in meiner Privatsphäre gestört. Ansonsten war es in Ordnung.

Zunächst einmal ist im Hotel alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Allerdings sind Flure und Zimmer sehr dunkel (braun/schwarz). Das Zimmer hatte keine Kilimaanlage oder Ventilator, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Bei offenem Fenster schlafen war schwierig auf Grund des Straßenlärms. Weitere Minuspunkte waren, dass der Safe im Zimmer nicht nutzbar war und man alles über den Hotelsafe regeln musste, der Minibarkühlschrank funktionierte nicht und die Beleuchtung im Bad war grauenhaft. Wollte man sich nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit rasieren oder schminken, sah man im Spiegel nur Schatten. Einmal gab es gar keinen Zimmerservice und die Reinigung des Bodens stand wohl nie auf dem Programm. Einzige Lichtblicke waren der ausnahmsweise hell gestaltete Frühstücksraum, das gute Frühstück und die netten und freundlichen Bediensteten. Praktisch war die Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Noch ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es keinen Gästeparkplatz gab und man irgendwo an der Straße parken musste.

Otelin yeri iyidi. Durak tam karşısndaydı ve kolay oldu. Çocuklarım ve benim için oda yeterli büyüklükte ve temizdi. Mc Donslds çok yakındı.
