Nicer than your average budget hotel, and nicer than some non budget places we stayed at. Have to go to the desk to get boiled water, but that’s a relatively minor inconvenience. Clean and comfortable. Well located to main sites and a 20 min walk to the main train station. We would stay here again!

The only criticism I would have is that the staff don’t seem very attentive when you check in or check out- particularly on check out, I was left stood there for several minutes having been seen at the desk by staff who appeared to be stocking a machine near the restaurant area. Other than that, no issues

This hotel was impeccably clean , the location was great , close to the sites with everything you need from shopping to dining right outside the door! I really liked the layout of the room and the floor to ceiling windows with the view of the city! I would definitely stay there again !

This hotel is very very very well situated for a visit to Dresden. All the main attractions are in easy walking distance, while it is also very easy to reach by taxi from the station (only 10 minutes away), and lots of public transport stops right outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and comfortable. We told them that my mother will come with her rollator, and she was given a spacious room with an accessible shower room (and a great view to boot!). Breakfast was very well done: much to choose from, cooked and uncooked, fresh fruit and all. Delicious filter coffee on tap! The hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful (took care of calling a special taxi for us). We'd definitely stay in this hotel again!!!

Great central location.

Great central location..ideal for public transport..tram system outside..yet room was very quiet.Within easy flat walk of historic centre. The staff were really helpful. Two small negatives: no kettle or drink making facilities in room. No extractor fan in the toilet. Despite those things I'd stay here again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! It’s in a great location, right next to the metros and in a safe area. I was able to early check in which was such a blessing because I arrived with a very bad fever I needed to sleep. The room is spacious and comfy, staff is super friendly and helpful! They even allow you to choose between a beer, soft drink, or water if you decide to skip on house cleaning for the day! Free infused tap water at reception!

Located near great shopping and dining, and not far at all from major city attractions. Room was quiet, but got lucky it was in the back away from street, so make sure to ask for that. My son's room was a bit more noisier. Breakfast was a bit below average, I had both better, but also worse at various Ibis in Europe.

The shower was freezing cold. Even though we booked a double room and had a double bed, there was only a single duvet. The glasses in the room were like thimbles. The rooms were very sparse and didn’t have any amenities other than the bed. Good location.
